Frequently asked questions
Can I turn any website into an image?
Yes — paste a URL and we capture a full screenshot of the live page. Because a browser can't photograph another site on its own, the URL is sent to an external screenshot service.
Is the HTML mode private?
Yes. When you render your own HTML/CSS, it's drawn to an image entirely in your browser and never leaves your device.
Why does my screenshot look like a placeholder?
The first capture of a site can take a few seconds while it's generated. Just click Render again and the real screenshot will appear.
